The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice beds and wardrobes. the staff was helpful and friendly, especially Jessica and Ricardo at the front desk. the hotel offered free internet and a good breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt.
The location was a bit inconvenient, as it was far from the main area of the city and required a steep walk or a taxi. the surrounding neighborhood was not very safe and the street where the hotel was located was dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very walkable and near the center of the city. It was also close to an area with Italian restaurants, which was a bonus. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff were bilingual and extremely helpful. They gave us great recommendations and were available 24/7. The breakfast provided a great variety of choices, and the staff's hospitality was top-notch.
